My friend also said I should talk to Rich Bailey because of an outstanding experience he had earlier with him.The process of designing the memorial I had in mind took nearly nine months to complete. There were numerous designs, changes, and revisions over that period of time. Mr. Bailey was always there to answer my questions and offer suggestions which were extremely helpful.
